So our flight to Boston was delayed. So we missed our flight to Paris. Which so totally sucks! So now we are on standby for a flight to London tonight. I so so hope we get on. Otherwise we get to sleep in Boston. But thanks to Chris and sally. We got to hang in the admirals club for awhile. Which was absolutely lovely. Lara had a Cobb salad and a cosmo. And I got to use a real computer to find the contact info for our Paris hotel. And sally said that we can go back to the admirals club tomorrow if we don't get the flight tonight.

Me and Jill started drinking at 12. Bar hopping in the airport... 1st place got a 10 dollar drink who knew a double pineapple vodka would be so expensive. 2nd place got a big beer. Already made one friend. Sorry dad. Were in st Louis so it doesn't count.

june 30th!

we leave for europe in just a few short hours! very exciting...sadly we wont get there til tomorrow... :( but our bags are packed...we have books and guides to read on the plane...and hopefully we'll spend most of today/tonight passed out on a plane

our plan

so...our favorite activity (lara and mine) ... is to travel...
seeing new places, meeting new people, learning new things...what could be better!

starting on june 30th...we will be leaving for europe for 3 weeks...

first up is paris...then amsterdam...berlin...and finally back to paris (where we will celebrate bastille day)

we will keep this updated as best we can...for anyone interested in what we are up to



some of the locations we will visit while in each city:
in paris: d'orsay, orangerie, pompidou, notre dame crypt, cluny museum, rodin museum, eiffel tower, catacombs, picasso museum, arc de triomphe, versailles, musee du vin, pere la chaise...
in amsterdam: ann frank, cat boat, hash museum, tassen museum, van gogh museum, house of bols, vondelpark, coffee houses...
in berlin: pergamon museum, altes museum, checkpoint charlie museum, brandenburg gate, tiergarten, hitlers bunker, sony center, tech museum...
